(More customer reviews)I bought my Nemco juicer in May 2009. I have used it almost every day for 22 months now to squeeze a mix of about a dozen oranges and grapefruits. This machine has performed very well; it's incredibly solid and it has a relatively small footprint on the kitchen countertop. It really is made in the USA and the company has been very responsive first with replacing the strainer which had some unanticipated metal fatigue and second with advising me on how to replace a broken screen (fifty cents at the hardware store did the trick). Before I bought my Nemco juicer I had had a somewhat similar product that was one third less expensive but which only lasted me a very few months before the handle broke in two. And before that I had had any number of smaller throwaway imported products that would simply wear out after a few months. The bottom line (if my experience is any guide) is that if you want to squeeze citrus on a daily basis, the Nemco juicer is the least expensive product to own in the long term despite the higher upfront cost.
