(More customer reviews)My wife purchased this Juicer for me for Christmas. The Worthless company sent a completely different item than the one ordered.So, about two days after Christmas, we sent an e-mail to the company explaining what had happened, and asking for instructions on how and where to return the incorrect item. That was about 2 weeks ago, and as of yet, there has been no, repeat "NO", response from the company. None, zilch, nada. We will probably send another request, with copies to our attorney and to our states consumer affairs office and to the companies state office and, of course, the Better Business Bureau.
