1) You have to cut your fruit in 1" x 1" size otherwise the juicer can't cut it. It is very weak.
First I cut the apple into 6 pieces and that was still too big. The motor stops and I have to wait for 10 mins to operate the juicer again.
2) If you look at the picture, the juicer has 3 levels. The bottom is the motor, cannot be disassembled. The 1st level is the blade, 2nd level is that big housing thing so that waste can be spinned off into the plastic container on the left. Then the 3rd level is that vertical thing for you to feed fruit in.
So I cut the apple into 12 pieces and the juicer squeeze them all out (this is ridiculous). Then bam, soon as push down the lever (near the bottom) for the juice to come out, all the juice just come out from all over the place between the 2nd and 3rd level parts of the juicer? This juicer is either broken or bad design. Either way I am returning this junk.
3) Forget about cleaning the blade, which is built in with the waste holder. I think the waste holder is made of stainless steal or metal and it has many tiny holes on it, probably to prevent tiny pulps from coming into your juice. Since the hole is very tiny, the waste stick to it extremely well (ya sure for your juice but not for cleaning). But then you can't take them off using bare hands because the metal holes will cut you, they already cut my fingers. Even using a sponge, the metal holes just cut my sponge. This is such a nightmare.
I just had this junk for 30 mins and I was so angry and frustrated. Do not bother wasting $100+ on this.
