We only have one tea drinker in our family and this 24 OZ Takeya Tea Maker/pitcher is perfect for our needs. It has a glass pitcher- best for taste and sanitation, and a handy built-in/removable Tea Strainer in the silicone lid. The handle is well placed near the top of the pitcher, but is long and large enough for all size hands to handle easily. The pitcher sits on a level bottom (not all do), takes up very little space in the Fridge and is stable while carrying. The lid fits perfectly, does not leak, and is easy to use. The whole system is easy to clean- by hand or dishwasher. The tea strainer can be removed if desired and any tea-bag may be used - with or without the strainer.
We needed a small pitcher that could be used with ease and we are very happy with this handy little glass pitcher, which we found after an extensive search for just such an item. Thank you Amazon Takeya Tea Maker with Silicone Handle, Avocado/Olive, 24-Ounce!
