(More customer reviews)I used this juicer 3 times. Out of nowhere it stopped dead. I would return this immediately if you have it. I thought it just overheated. It didn't; it just died. Run away from this product as fast as you can. Thought I would be getting a great product since it came from The Sharper Image. I think The Sharper Image needs to repair its image with this piece of junk!
