(More customer reviews)My wife got a large box of grapefruit for the holidays, and I wanted a curved blade knife like me mum used when I was a kid. My wife was watching me using the curved blade to make all the cuts, but pointed out the purpose of the other end. (Duh). The other end is actually two straight blades separated by a mm, and that slides along the membranes of the sections. Then use the curved blade along the outer circumference. Works like a charm. Wooden handle is nice. And not made in China (okay, Taiwan, but not China.) Bargain for the price.
