(More customer reviews)My husband and I went through three bigmouth juicers (one blew up (??) one blew out the little plastic piece that holds the clamp on, and one just went quiet and died after fifteen minutes of use. We also tried the Lalane and it was awful. We had to put the entire juicer on a box to raise it high enough to catch the juice, which comes out of a little hole an inch from the counter. Finally I got tired of it and bought the Omega 8006 with a fifteen year warranty. It's quiet enough you can talk and be heard while it's running, and though it's slower (slightly) it's really cool to watch do its thing. And I ended up with less than one fifth the refuse (goes in my compost pile) than with the other four juicers. Plus, I didn't even KNOW it makes nut butters and smoothies and pasta and flour....etc etc etc. And a free wheatgrass kit! I'm so happy I could do flips! Just wish I could paste my smile on here. : )))))
